1929 Panorama

A Riverside View of Georgian London

Our Riverside View of Georgian London is based on a rare hand coloured, tourist guide published in 1829 by London bookseller Samuel Leigh. This little known work (above) shows both banks of the river between Westminster and Richmond upon Thames, a distance of 15 miles.

We have digitally restored this beautiful, forgotten treasure and added descriptions and history for most of the buildings, written as it would have been presented at the time.

Restored Panorama

Our spectacular new version is available in print at the moment, as a modern book called "Panorama of the Thames - A Riverside View of Georgian London" published by Thames and Hudson. This has every indication of becoming a collectors book in due course, It makes a wonderful present.

HOW TO BUY
